
Founder of TOS Foundation Africa and Chief Executive Officer of the
TOS Group, Chief Osasu Igbinedion Ogwuche, has been selected as one of 27 exceptional African leaders from across the continent, following a highly competitive process that drew hundreds of nominations.
In a statement released Thursday by the TOS Communication Lead, Hammed Adejare the selection reflects a
distinguished record of leadership, an unwavering commitment to public service, and impactful
contributions to good governance, systems building, and Pan-African strategic leadership across Nigeria
and beyond.
Operating at the intersection of enterprise, governance, media, and institutional reform, she leads the TOS
Group—a diversified, purpose-driven conglomerate spanning media, philanthropy, real estate, hospitality,
and energy—while advancing an ambitious, women-centered political empowerment agenda.
“Under her
stewardship, the Group has evolved into a performance-oriented enterprise ecosystem, including TOS TV
Network, a digital-first Pan-African media platform; TOS Foundation Africa, a social impact institution
advancing political representation, education, and economic empowerment; NatSu Global, a cross-border
real estate and media investment firm; Lezeanoo Services Ltd., a key player in Nigeria’s energy value

The statement said Tutu Fellowship Programme, convened by the African Leadership Institute, is widely regarded as one of the continent’s premier leadership development platforms, identifying and supporting high-potential
leaders driving transformative change in their respective fields.
