The Niger Good Governance Forum has endorsed Senator Mohammed Sani Musa for a second term in the National Assembly, citing his performance and constituency impact.
In a statement signed by its president, Bagudu Musa Bagudu, the group described the lawmaker as a responsive and people-centred representative.
It said the endorsement followed a review of his performance in lawmaking, oversight functions and constituency development.
“Senator Sani Musa has shown capacity, consistency and a deep understanding of the needs of his constituents,” the statement read.
The forum noted that the senator’s legislative contributions and advocacy on national issues have strengthened his position as a strong voice in the Senate.
It added that his constituency projects and empowerment initiatives have impacted sectors such as education, youth development and community support.
“From support for small businesses to educational assistance and infrastructure facilitation, the evidence of his work is visible,” Bagudu said.
The group stressed that continuity in representation is necessary to sustain ongoing projects and consolidate existing gains.
“A second term will provide the opportunity to deepen ongoing initiatives and deliver even greater benefits,” the statement added.
The forum called on stakeholders and voters in Niger East to support Musa’s re-election bid, describing him as a dependable leader.
It reaffirmed its commitment to promoting accountability and backing leaders it considers capable of driving sustainable development.
