The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has condemned the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) over its refusal to allow party leaders access to former Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, who is currently in custody.
The opposition party described the action as intimidation and warned against what it called an attempt to isolate and silence a major opposition figure.
