The Chairman of Alimosho Local Government, Hon. Akinpelu Ibrahim Johnson, has congratulated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on his emergence as the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress for a second term in office, describing him as Nigeria’s structural engineer.
Johnson, in a congratulatory message, praised the President’s leadership style and ongoing reforms, stating that Tinubu’s economic and political policies have continued to reflect purposeful governance and a commitment to national development.
He noted that the President’s approach to restructuring key sectors of the country had demonstrated that Nigeria could function effectively under focused leadership.
“Mr. President, sir, your role as the structural engineer of a new Nigeria is both commendable and inspiring,” Johnson stated, adding that the President’s “bold re-engineering of Nigeria’s economy and political system” had continued to prove critics and supporters wrong.
Furthermore, the council chairman congratulated Tinubu on what he described as the overwhelming confidence reposed in him by members of the ruling party during the presidential primaries, where he emerged as the APC’s candidate for another term in office.
“I heartily congratulate you on the overwhelming confidence reposed in you by our great party, the All Progressives Congress, through your resounding victory at the presidential primaries,” he said.
Johnson expressed confidence that Tinubu’s second term would further consolidate ongoing reforms and deepen national progress.
According to him, the administration would continue restructuring critical national systems while advancing stability and prosperity across the country.
“Without doubt, I am confident that your second term will further consolidate the ongoing restructuring and transformation of our national systems, while deepening progress, stability and prosperity across the country,” he added.
He concluded by extending further congratulations to the President on behalf of the leadership of Alimosho Local Government.
