The President General of notable Niger Delta socio-cultural group, the Orashi National Congress, ONC, Amb Comrade Emeni Ibe (JP AP), who doubles as the National President of the Southern Youth Foundation of Nigeria and the Rivers State Coordinator for Civil Society Campaign Council for Tinubu Shettima 2027, has congratulated the eventual winner of the Rivers State APC Gubernatorial Primary Election, Rt.
