A former senator representing Cross River Central, Sandy Onor, is set to purchase his presidential nomination form at the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) National Secretariat in Abuja.
Onor, who was the PDP governorship candidate in Cross River State during the 2023 elections, is expected to become the first aspirant to obtain the party’s presidential nomination form ahead of the next electoral cycle.
Widely regarded as an ally of the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, Onor is a professor of history and a former local government chairman in Cross River State.
