BREAKING: FBI agents are raiding the Portsmouth, Virginia office of Virginia Senate President Pro Tempore L. Louise Lucas as part of what Fox News reports is a major federal corruption investigation.
Federal law enforcement sources told Fox the FBI is executing multiple search warrants approved by a federal judge at Lucas’ office and a neighboring cannabis dispensary. Lucas, a Democrat and close ally of Virginia Gov. Abigail Spanberger, reportedly arrived on scene while agents were conducting the searches.
