Big Brother Naija former housemate Segun Olusemo, better known as Sheggz, has raised eyebrows over his lukewarm birthday to his girlfriend of over three years, Bella Okagbue.
Taking to his Twitter page to celebrate her, he called her by her name, describing her as a great woman. He praised her for her strength, heart, energy, and the way she rides for the people she loves, which he admires.
He appreciated her for always having his back, especially when no one else did, and rained prayers on her.

Although his birthday message to her was sweet, it was not as romantic as his previous birthday messages. Rather than call her his wifey like always, he only referred to her by her name.
His birthday message to her is coming days after they sparked breakup rumours by unfollowing each other on Instagram.

On her 28th birthday last year, Sheggz had penned a romantic note to her describing her as the Queen of fashion, madam soft life, finest, and his right hand. Affirming his love for her, he expressed his pride in her.
To celebrate her birthday, he set up a romantic setting for his African Queen and gifted her designer items, including shoes and jewellery, leaving her speechless.
Recall that the lovebirds met and fell in love on the hit reality show, Big Brother Naija ‘Level Up’ season.
In 2023, the lovebirds celebrated one year of being together. Sheggz professed his love for Bella, as he noted how it’s been one year down for them. Bella, on her part, noted how their relationship wasn’t perfect, but the love they have for each other makes up for all the small imperfections. She further expressed excitement at what the future holds for them.
In 2024, the lovebirds sparked breakup rumours after Bella deleted all pictures of them on her Instagram page. Bella later shut down the rumours while engaging with a fan. Sheggz also debunked the rumours after a tweep alleged that she saw him with another woman, which he shut down by letting the tweep know he was with a baddie.
Bella had lamented over her short inner circle. She stated that should she get married right now, she doesn’t even have up to 3 bridesmaids. She wondered if she had friends who would cry when she put on her wedding dress.
