The House passed a last-minute extension of FISA Section 702 by a 261–111 vote, clearing the two-thirds threshold needed. 26 Republicans and 85 Democrats voted no, while 58 members did not vote.

The Senate approved it earlier by unanimous consent, and President Trump has now signed the extension into law, keeping the surveillance authority in place through June 12.
