Nollywood actor Lateef Adedimeji has opened up on how his long-time friendship with fellow actress Adebimpe Oyebade, popularly known as Mo Bimpe, eventually grew into a romantic relationship that led to marriage.
The actor made the revelation while responding to a resurfaced video where Mo Bimpe once stated that she could never marry him, describing him at the time as a “brother.”
The old clip, which recently circulated online, sparked renewed curiosity among fans about how the pair transitioned from friendship to marriage.
A fan reacting to the video directly asked how Lateef was able to “win her heart” despite the earlier statement. In his response, the actor explained that there was no special strategy or secret formula involved, adding that the foundation of their relationship was friendship.
