It is raining congratulatory messages for Nollywood actress Sharon Ooja as she and her husband welcome their first child, a baby boy.
Sharing maternity photos on her Instagram page, she appreciated her family and friends for protecting their leave and allowing them to enjoy the journey in private, away from social media.
Sharon said she is still overwhelmed with joy and gratitude as God ushered her into the most beautiful years of her life and wrote a story that only He can take the glory.
She appreciated her husband for loving her so fiercely and beautifully through every stage of their pregnancy. According to her, the prayers, reassurance, back rubs, trips, baths, endless gifts, food runs, and spiritual prayers meant everything to her.
The new mum noted how she has always dreamed of being a mummy, and now she finally is.
“I just gave birth to the most handsome baby boy I have ever seen.
I’m still so overwhelmed with joy and gratitude.
2025/2026… God truly ushered me into the most beautiful years of my life and wrote a story that only He can take the glory for.
Pregnancy made me understand God’s love in a deeper way… unconditional, intentional, and impossible to explain fully. His Word says, “Your wife will be like a fruitful grapevine, and your children like olive shoots around your table.” And wow… God really did it in

Thank you to my family and friends for protecting our peace and keeping this journey private and off social media, as we requested. It was soft, and I genuinely enjoyed every bit of my pregnancy. The first trimester was the ghetto, which we will discuss later.

Recall that in March 2024, Sharon announced that she had gotten married in a civil wedding to her lover with an adorable video.
3 months after her Civil wedding, Sharon got traditionally married in Abuja in June in the presence of family, friends and colleagues. A day after, she and her husband held a lavish white wedding, which was the talk of the town for days over their wedding cake and event decoration.
