The official unveiling took place on Monday, May 18, 2026, during the National Caregivers Summit 2026 held at the National Centre for Women Development in Abuja.
The summit was organised in collaboration with the Federal Ministry of Women Affairs and Social Development and Etiquette Africa as part of activities marking the 2026 National Children’s Day celebration themed, “Future Now: Promoting Inclusion in Every Nigerian Child.”
The event attracted stakeholders from the education, development, and social impact sectors, including representatives of UN Women, UNICEF, Caring Africa, educators, caregivers, school administrators, and members of Etiquette Africa Clubs from public schools across the Federal Capital Territory.
The book series was officially unveiled by the Honourable Minister of Women Affairs, Imaan Sulaiman-Ibrahim, who commended Lady Eti and the Etiquette Africa team for their commitment to promoting civility, refinement, and intentional child development across the country.
In her remarks, the minister stressed the importance of strengthening the care economy and advancing inclusive child development through intentional caregiving, value reorientation, and social education.
According to her, initiatives such as The Etiquette Adventure align strongly with the ministry’s vision of building a more responsible, disciplined, and inclusive generation of Nigerian children.
She also praised members of Etiquette Africa Clubs present at the summit and acknowledged the organisation’s contribution to instilling positive values and practical life skills in children and teenagers nationwide.
Also present at the summit was Oghogho Musa, alongside development partners, teachers, caregivers, government officials, and advocates for child development and social inclusion.
Speaking during the unveiling, Lady Eti described The Etiquette Adventure as more than just a storybook collection, noting that it was developed as a transformational educational tool to help children build confidence, emotional intelligence, social awareness, and respectful behaviour from an early age.
According to her, the initiative was inspired by the growing need to intentionally raise a more compassionate, disciplined, refined, and socially responsible generation of African children.
Over the years, Lady Eti has emerged as one of Nigeria’s leading voices in etiquette education, youth refinement, and human capital development through her work with Etiquette Africa and ETI Global Academy.
Through school outreach programmes, advocacy campaigns, media engagements, and youth development initiatives, she has impacted thousands of children and young people across Nigeria with life skills and refinement education.
The unveiling of The Etiquette Adventure marks another milestone in the ongoing efforts to promote civility, social excellence, and holistic child development across Africa.
