Fresh controversy has erupted around former Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-Rufai after shocking claims surfaced regarding his health condition while in the custody of the Department of State Services (DSS).
Former deputy national publicity secretary of the All Progressives Congress, Timi Frank, stirred fresh tension on Friday after alleging that a foreign doctor was secretly brought in to examine El-Rufai late at night without the knowledge or approval of his family.
