Nollywood actor Kunle Afod is celebrating his only daughter, Angel Oyinkansola, as she marks 23rd birthday.
Sharing a photo of his daughter, he described her as his precious daughter, his only girl, his first fruit, and one of God’s greatest blessings in his life.
He said watching her grow has been one of his greatest joys as she came into his life and filled it with love, laughter, and countless beautiful memories. He expressed pride in the young woman she is becoming and expressed gratitude at calling her his daughter.
Raining prayers on her, he wrote,
“Happy Birthday to my precious daughter, my only girl, my first fruit, and one of God’s greatest blessings in my life.
Watching you grow has been one of my greatest joys. You came into my life and filled it with love, laughter, and countless beautiful memories. I am proud of the young woman you are becoming and grateful every day for the privilege of calling you my daughter.
On this special day, I pray that God blesses you with good health, wisdom, favour, happiness, and success in all that you do. May your path shine brighter with each passing year, and may all your dreams come true.

Some years ago, Kunle Afod shared photos of his daughter as he celebrated her 20th birthday. Praying for her, he expressed his love for her, noting that it felt like yesterday when he welcomed her.
Recall that in 2022, Kunle Afod’s visit to his daughter, who resides in the US, almost caused a breakup between him and his now estranged wife, Desola Afod. The mother of four boys confirmed the news on her Instagram page by deleting all their photos and also releasing a statement.
This came after Kunle Afod allegedly disrespected her by visiting one of his baby mamas in the United States of America who bore him his first child. He didn’t stop there, he went ahead to post this online to spite Desola. In retaliation, she unfollowed him on social media and he returned the favor.
The status of Desola’s marriage to Kunle is quite unknown as the couple have ceased to flaunt each other on their social media pages.
Earlier this year, Desola had hinted at a reconciliation with Kunle, after she shared a sweet video of her and the actor in their car, vowing to never disappoint.
In an Instagram post, she had shaded her haters by sharing a video of herself tagging herself ‘the celeb wife’. The mother of three said it’s her life, her choice, her style and her attitude.
In another post, she stated that self-worth is determined by one, and admonished against depending on someone telling them what to do
This came weeks after a fan had slammed her for embarrassing her husband in public, as he had admonished her to keep their relationship with the singer private.
Responding to the fan, Desola told them to hide when they date people who are better than them. She made it known that she wouldn’t be debunking anything as this year is aura for aura.
Not done, Desola, shared another video of her and Malaika, nothing how polygamous home is a real-life training. Mrs Afod said she knows the social media game, and she is in it with trolls this year.
