In a video, the visibly agitated man is seen wrestling with two women as screams fill the compound, drawing the attention of neighbours who rushed outside to witness the commotion.

The women can be heard crying out loudly as they fight against the man, who seemed hellbent on throwing them out of the house.

According to residents, the confrontation allegedly began when the landlord demanded that the tenants vacate the premises immediately.

He is said to have accused them of causing disturbance through loud music and disorderly behaviour during the gathering.

Some neighbours claimed the music had been playing for hours before tempers finally boiled over.

Others, however, questioned whether the landlord’s reaction was justified, arguing that evictions should follow legal procedures rather than physical confrontations.

The incident sparked debate among residents and online users alike, with many expressing concern over the safety of tenants during disputes with landlords.

Several tenants living within the apartment complex gathered outside after the incident, some attempting to calm the situation while others recorded the altercation on their phones.

The video ends amid continued shouting and confusion, with no clear indication of whether police were called to the scene.
