Singer and controversial entertainer Portable has sparked fresh reactions online after launching into another heated rant, this time making explosive allegations about election practices and taking aim at socialite Cubana Chief Priest over politics and community development.
In a viral outburst, Portable alleged that the ruling party manipulates election figures, claiming vote counts are inflated and altered during elections. Using a sarcastic illustration, the singer alleged that a small number of votes could suddenly become hundreds of thousands on ballot papers.
Portable also suggested he would support any political party willing to pay him, declaring that he was open to collecting money from multiple parties including the APC, PDP, and LP. He argued that politicians often rely on financial influence and claimed he should be considered a stronger political voice.
Turning his attention to Cubana Chief Priest, Portable mocked the socialite’s reported political outing and questioned his impact on his community. He accused him of failing to carry out meaningful development projects such as road construction, schools, mosques, and boreholes, while reducing his contributions to merely sharing food items.
The singer further claimed Cubana Chief Priest had been politically outplayed, alleging he was “cheated” and failed to gain sufficient support. Portable also made ethnic remarks while insisting that political parties should work with him instead.
