She serves as the Group President of Binani Global Air Services, where she provides strategic leadership and oversees the development, operations, and expansion of the airline’s services across key domestic routes. In this role, she is responsible for driving corporate vision, ensuring regulatory compliance, strengthening partnerships, and positioning the airline as a competitive player within the aviation industry.

She holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Information Technology with Business Studies from the University of East London and a Postgraduate Diploma in Computing and Information Systems from the University of Greenwich. She also obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Leadership and Management from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, Scotland, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Oil and Gas Management (2025) from the same institution. She is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M) at the University of London.

Ventures Chiroma began her professional career in the United Kingdom, where she served as an Executive Director at Binatech System Limited in London (2009–2011) which is also subsidiary of Binani Group of companies, focusing on business strategy, stakeholder management, and operational efficiency.

In 2011, she became the Group Managing Director of Binani Group of Companies, where she has led strategic growth, operational restructuring, and expansion across multiple sectors.
