SHOCK IN TANZANIA: Video of Female Student Dancing N@ked At  School Backyard Sparks Outrage [ VIDEO]

DAR ES SALAAM – A wave of shock and concern has swept across Tanzania following the circulation of a disturbing video showing a female student allegedly dancing naked in a school backyard, while a group of peers looks on… WATCH THE VIDEO

The footage, which has gone viral on Twitter and other social media platforms, has ignited a heated national debate on student discipline, mental health, and the role of social media in amplifying institutional failures.

According to sources close to the matter, the incident is believed to have occurred at a secondary school in the Morogoro or Pwani region, though authorities have not yet confirmed the exact location. The 45-second clip shows a young female student, dressed in what appears to be a partial school uniform (skirt and blouse), removing her clothes and engaging in inappropriate dancing while several other female students cheer, clap, and record the act.

The school backyard, identifiable by scattered trees and a rear fence, was not supervised at the time. No male students or teachers are visible in the footage.

The female student appears to be dancing voluntarily, though her eyes and expressions suggest possible disorientation, intoxication, or emotional distress. No physical force is observed.

At least six other female students are visible forming a semi-circle. None intervene or attempt to cover her. Instead, three are visibly recording on mobile phones.

Similar naked dance challenges have appeared in other African countries, often fueled by social media trends.

The student’s movements and glassy-eyed look in some frames raise the possibility of alcohol or drug ingestion.
