Nollywood actress Ini Edo has made a special announcement in honour of her late colleague, Alex Ekubo.
Taking to her Instagram page, the actress revealed that a tribute link has been created to allow fans, friends, and loved ones share messages and memories dedicated to the late actor.
According to Ini Edo, the gesture would mean a lot to Alex Ekubo’s family, as it would reassure them that he was deeply loved by many people.
She wrote:

The announcement comes weeks after reports emerged about the actor’s passing.
It was previously reported that Alex Ekubo died on Monday, May 11, after battling cancer. He was said to have been 40 years old at the time of his death.
In an emotional statement released earlier, his family disclosed that the actor passed away following a brief but courageous battle with advanced metastatic kidney cancer.
According to the statement, he died at Evercare Hospital due to complications linked to the illness.
Since the news of his death broke online, fans, celebrities, and colleagues across the entertainment industry have continued to mourn the actor while sharing emotional tributes and memories about his life and career.
