RIVERS STATE. Tension has reportedly erupted around the University of Port Harcourt community after a female student allegedly arrested her boyfriend for leaking her private nude video online, a video that has now sparked heavy reactions on social media.

According to reports making rounds online, both the lady and the accused boyfriend are final-year students of the University of Port Harcourt, popularly known as UNIPORT. The boyfriend, identified as Fredrick, is said to be from Anambra State.
Sources close to the incident claimed that the relationship between the two students had been going smoothly before problems allegedly started between them. It was gathered that after a serious misunderstanding, the private video of the young lady suddenly surfaced online and quickly began spreading across different social media platforms and messaging groups.
The leaked video immediately caused massive reactions online, with many people expressing shock over how private moments between couples now easily find their way to the internet whenever relationships crash.
Eyewitnesses around the school environment claimed the female student was deeply hurt and embarrassed after discovering that the video had gone viral. Reports say she could no longer handle the shame and emotional trauma, which allegedly pushed her to report the matter to security authorities.
Following her complaint, Fredrick was reportedly arrested for questioning over the alleged leak. Though details surrounding the arrest are still unclear, online reports claim authorities are investigating how the video was released and whether the boyfriend was directly responsible for spreading it online.
