“Those guys should be released immediately, we’ve asked them to release those boys,” he said.
He further questioned why Elumelu would be concerned about online criticism despite maintaining a visible presence on social media.
“Even Tony Elumelu lives his life on the internet, always showing that he has private jets and all, why’s he worried about being spoken about on the internet?” Sowore added.
In a more pointed remark, the activist described the businessman as highly active online, suggesting a contradiction in his alleged actions.
“Tony Elumelu is the biggest content creator in the billionaire industry, he cannot be benefiting from social media and then arr£sting bloggers who talk about him,” he stated.
