Apply for NNPC/Renaissance JV Enterprise Development Programme 2026

Renaissance Africa Energy Company Limited, operator of the NNPC/Renaissance/TotalEnergies/AENR Joint Venture, has opened applications for the 2026 Enterprise Development Programme. The programme was formerly known as the NNPC-SPDC JV LiveWIRE Programme.

The initiative is aimed at supporting young Nigerians with business training, mentorship, and start-up support. It is designed to help participants build and grow sustainable businesses across different sectors.

What the Programme Offers

Selected applicants will receive business development training through the Successful Business Owner Course. Participants with outstanding business ideas may also receive start-up grant support to help launch their businesses.

The programme also gives successful candidates access to third-party funding opportunities from financial institutions and NGOs. In addition, participants will benefit from volunteer mentorship to guide them while building their enterprises.

Who Can Apply

Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years old. They must also be indigenes of Rivers, Bayelsa, Delta, Imo, Abia, Akwa Ibom, Cross River, or Edo State.

Interested candidates must possess either an HND or a university degree. Applicants are also expected to have completed the NYSC programme where applicable.

Only unemployed individuals can apply. Candidates must have an innovative business idea and show genuine interest in entrepreneurship. Applicants must not have operated a business for more than three years.

Those who have previously benefited from the Renaissance Enterprise Development Programme, community skills training, agricultural programmes, or similar enterprise development initiatives are not eligible to apply.

• Clean Energy Solutions / Oil and Gas
• Social Enterprise
• Manufacturing
• Retail and Wholesale
• ICT and Telecommunications

Application opens on Tuesday, June 9th, 2026 and closes on Tuesday, June 16th, 2026.
