“My son was not rescued from it. I have never been that in our family; I have been running to the government, High Commission in Uganda, the government and Ababu Namwamba told us the trailer belongs to Sudan and I shouldgo there,” said his dad.
How was Daniel’s dad treated in Kenya?
“I have written to the speaker a text, but he did not answer; we have left everything to God. We are burying a person who is not there, we would have done a cultural practice, but we are Christians,” he added.
Daniel has left behind three kids and a wife; I am blaming the parents, these kids need to go to school, and his mum asked the government to help take them to school.
How did Kenyans react to the story?
Judith Mukongolo:
“They are always in our thoughts…Alex, Dan and the other one from Uganda …my God continue comforting and giving you strength.”
