Nyeri, Kenya: A CCTV clip has shown how a quiet night was disturbed when a car got into a dramatic accident and ended up rolling, and dragging lines in the area.

The initial part of the clip shows a white car being driven at breakneck speed, and it finally started going on its side and rammed into a wall before rolling over, just missing a man who was coming down the road by a whisker.

When the man saw the car coming and sensed danger, he pushed himself against the wall and waited for the car to pass, and that’s when it stopped in its rolled over state.

The loud noise and incessant barking of a dog in the neighbourhood woke up other residents in the neighbourhood and people came running from all corners, trying to help the driver who was trapped underneath the car. The quick response was very impressive, given that it was in the dead of the night.

CCTV footage shows Former MP’s final moments
In another story, CCTV footage from a petrol station where Cyrus Jirongo had an accident and sadly died showed how he entered before crashing and how there was no traffic and no overtaking.
The footage also revealed how Jirongo made a brief U-turn at the station seconds before the collision, and that raised questions about his final movements.
A white Probox vehicle was also captured entering the station shortly after Jirongo, sparking speculation that the former MP may have been under surveillance.
