JMG Marks 28 Years with Stronger Commitment to Sustainable Energy Solutions

JMG Limited has marked its 28th anniversary with a renewed commitment to accelerating Nigeria’s transition to cleaner and more sustainable energy solutions, highlighting its expanding footprint in renewable energy innovation.

Founded in June 1998, JMG has grown into a leading provider of integrated electromechanical solutions, evolving in response to the dynamic needs of industries across the country. The company’s portfolio now spans power generation, electrical infrastructure, cooling systems, elevators and escalators, compressed air solutions, and renewable energy technologies.

A key milestone in its sustainability journey is the recent deployment of solar hybrid power systems at three NIPCO fuel stations located in Gwagwalada, Lekki, and Mpape. The installations combine solar arrays, lithium battery storage, and smart inverter systems to deliver uninterrupted, clean energy.

According to the company, the hybrid systems have effectively eliminated reliance on diesel generators while delivering substantial annual energy cost savings—underscoring the economic and environmental advantages of renewable energy adoption for businesses.

Speaking on the anniversary, Chief Commercial Officer, Rabi Jammal, emphasized that innovation remains central to the company’s long-term vision.

> “Twenty-eight years ago, JMG was founded with a mission to provide dependable power solutions. Today, we have grown into a comprehensive electromechanical solutions provider, delivering technologies that help businesses operate efficiently, sustainably, and competitively.”

He added that the company remains focused on advancing cutting-edge solutions that support Nigeria’s industrial growth while aligning with global sustainability goals.

With nearly three decades of operations, JMG says it will continue to prioritize investment in renewable energy and future-focused engineering, positioning itself as a key player in Nigeria’s journey toward a cleaner, more resilient energy future.
