JUST-IN: Nigerian Serial S+x Offender Sentence To 9 Years Jail for Multiple S+xual Offences in United Kingdom

A 35-year-old Nigerian man, Victor Komolafe, has been sentenced to 8 years and 11 months in prison in the United Kingdom after being convicted of multiple s+xual offences against two women.

Komolafe was sentenced at Woolwich Crown Court on June 3, 2026, after being found guilty of four offences, including attempted r@pe, s+xual a+sa¥lt, and two counts of a+sa¥lt by penetr@tion. He was also handed an indefinite S+xual H@rm Prevention Order and will remain on the UK’s s+x offenders register for life.

According to the Metropolitan Police, Komolafe used friendship and familiarity to gain the trust of his victims before ab¥sing them. The two complainants were unknown to each other but gave similar accounts of the offences.

Police said Komolafe was first arrested in August 2023 following a report of s+xual assault. He denied the allegations, claiming the encounter was consensual. However, forensic evidence supported the victim’s account.

A second victim came forward a month later, alleging similar offences. Investigators said forensic evidence again linked Komolafe to the cr+mes. The victim also reported being denied food and water, which police described as a tactic used to make her more vulnerable.

The case formed part of the Metropolitan Police’s V100 programme, an initiative that identifies and targets offenders considered to pose the highest risk to women and girls in London.

Detectives praised the courage of both victims for helping secure the conviction and encouraging other survivors to come forward.
