Former Group Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL), Mele Kyari, has responded to the warrant issued against him by the Senate Committee on Public Accounts over its ongoing investigation into alleged discrepancies involving N213 trillion in the company’s financial records.
