Nollywood actress Ihuoma Linda Ejiofor is still reeling in the euphoria of being a double AMVCA winner.
Kemi Filani reported that at the 12th edition of the AMVCA in May, Linda made history as the first actress to win both Best Lead Actress and Best Supporting Actress on the same night.
Linda clinched the Best Lead Actress award for her powerful performance as Ijeoma in The Serpent’s Gift. Also, she won the Best Supporting Actress for her role as Adama in The Herd, the directorial debut of Daniel Etim-Effiong.
Taking to her Instagram page, Linda shared a video of her bossing her actor husband, Ibrahim Suleiman, around with her AMVCA plaque.
In her caption, she said one of the perks of being a winner is getting cooked for on demand.
“Perks like being cooked for on demand”.
Weeks ago, she had blessed the internet with an adorable video of her husband and son competing for her love. Ihuoma expressed how loved she was, stating that the boys in her life make her feel good every day.
Last year, on their 7th wedding anniversary, Ibrahim Suleiman revealed that God sent Ihuoma his way when he thought he had given up on relationships. He appreciated his wife for walking with him through the darkest time of his life and helping him find his laughter again.
Linda Ejiofor expressed gratitude to God for placing him in her life, noting that he is the best thing that has ever happened to her. The mother of one said she couldn’t imagine doing life with anyone else, as she declared him her answered prayers.
In 2024, while celebrating their 6th anniversary, Suleiman spoke on their imperfections and how God United them when they were broken. Linda, on her part, declared that she would always choose her husband over any man without hesitation or second thoughts.
Early last year, Ibrahim had shared an adorable video of him and his wife reuniting at an event. In the clip, Ibrahim arrived first and was waiting for his wife. Linda, on entering the event, was looking for her husband, and when she found him, she excitedly ran to him.
