Comrade Ibeh Chukwuemeka, a media consultant and security expert, has asserted that Sir Basil Maduka, the Labour Party senatorial candidate for Owerri Zone, is the most suitable individual for the position.
He highlighted capacity, exceptional intelligence, and empathy as exemplary leadership qualities that render the candidate well-suited for the role.
In a statement issued to National Newsbreak on Monday, Comrade Ibeh encouraged the constituents of Imo East Senatorial Zone to support Sir Maduka in his pursuit of the senatorial seat during the National Assembly election scheduled for January 16, 2027.
Sir Maduka, an oil and gas magnate, hails from the Akpodim Community in the Ezinihitte Mbaise Local Government Area of Imo State.
Comrade Ibeh noted that Sir Maduka’s generosity has led him to undertake numerous philanthropic and empowerment initiatives that have significantly alleviated poverty for many individuals.
He further stated that the Labour Party candidate stands out as the best among those nominated by various parties contesting in the senatorial zone.
It is worth mentioning that Sir Maduka previously contested in the 2023 senatorial Primaries election under the current failed PDP Party platform but was not successful.
