The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Jigsimur Zdex International Limited, Dr. Lilian Chinonso Osuofia, has debunked claims making the rounds on social media that the Jigsimur brand has changed its name to “Cleansimur” in Nigeria.
Dr. Osuofia described the online publication as false, misleading and an attempt to confuse loyal customers and distributors of the brand across the country.
She said the company has not changed the name, logo, or formulation of its flagship product and has no plan to do so without a formal announcement to the public.
According to her, Jigsimur products remain available in Nigeria and are being actively marketed through the company’s distribution network across all 36 states and beyond.
She urged members of the public to be wary of individuals who may want to mislead them with fake information about the brand’s identity.
“Jigsimur is still Jigsimur,” Dr. Osuofia stated. “If at any time the company decides to rebrand, we will officially announce it through our verified platforms and to all our distributors nationwide.”
