“My heart is heavy” – Susan Peters cries out over her missing phone, issues PSA to those calling it a prank

Nollywood actress Susan Peters has continued to speak out over her missing phone.

Kemi Filani reported that at Alex Ekubo’s Service of Songs, she lost her iPhone 16 Pro Max. She appealed to whoever took it to return it, stressing that the phone was locked and could not be used by anyone else. Susan stressed that the phone contains important information she can’t afford to lose.

Still on it, she expressed how heavy her heart is, especially over the information that’s on the phone. She let those calling it a prank know it isn’t, as even her mother is getting sent links.

Susan said her phone is gone and can’t be replaced. She said the information on it is her pain as she hasn’t backed it up.

“Day 3,
My heart is heavy.
Not for the phone but for the information on it, and someone will send a message asking if it’s a prank!!
Are you already?
iPhone 16 Pro Max white.
Anyone close to me knows that phone.
Now they have called mom and even sent her a link to send me via web line.
And the phone is still off!

It’s not a prank, FYI. The phone is gone, which can be replaced. My information on it is my pain, and recently I have not done a backup; otherwise, I will find them in my cloud.
My heart is heavy”.

Similarly, BBNaija Bambam had also misplaced her phone at the event. In a video that made rounds, Bambam was seen prancing around the event, looking for her phone as someone tried calling it while it rang.

At the AMVCA in May, Jide Awobona had lashed out at the event’s organisers after losing his iPhone and Samsung. In an Instagram rant, the actor said the incident reminded him never to ignore his instincts. However, Awobona said he was grateful to be alive and appreciated those who had been trying to reach him.

Similarly, socialite Papaya Ex had cried out to the public after losing her iPhone 16 promax at a movie premiere. Papaya offered N700,000 to anyone who could help her find the phone.

Last year, Georgina Ibeh was saddened after losing her Samsung fold phone at Toyin Abraham’s movie premiere. She said she hadn’t been happy after the premiere, but she had to post a video to show how much she loved the movie.

In 2024, at Iyabo Ojo’s movie premiere, Mercy Aigbe suffered a slight loss when she lost her two phones, which were in the care of her assistant. During the event, Iyabo appealed to whoever took the phone to return it and even offered to compensate anyone who could find the phone financially.

To compensate for her loss, Mercy won Best Dressed Female at the premiere. The actress was gifted half a million for her win.
