Speaking to NGBREAKINGNEWS following the disturbing incident, Nakuru-based police officer Sammy Ngare shared his personal views on the matter.
Ngare said he was determined to find the man seen in the viral video and offer him any assistance he might need.
“I am going to find him because I have received information that he lives here in Nakuru. I am passionate about advocating for the rights and dignity of persons with disabilities, and I watched the clip with a heavy heart. Whatever help he needs, I will step in to assist,” said Ngare.
