The seven top members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Anambra State who were expelled recently for contravening the party guidelines has been ratified by the party leadership, reports thegazellenews.com.
Thegazellenews.com reports further that the expulsion was ratified at a stakeholders’ meeting which took place in Awka presided over by the state Chairman of the party, Senator Emma Anosike.
Anosike listed the names of the expelled members as: the State Legal Adviser, Barrister Richard Egenti; Ifeanyi Osegbo; Chukwudi Kenneth Oji; Arinze Awogu; Tony Uche Ezekwelu; Bossy Nwoye; and Mrs Uju Onyeanusi.
A reconciliation committee headed by Chief Obi Onwuachu was also set up at the meeting. The Committee was meant to reconcile every aggrieved member.
