Asaba, Delta State — A disturbing incident reportedly involving a female trader and a suspected mentally unstable man at a popular market in Asaba, Delta State, has continued to draw attention following earlier media reports of the case.

The incident, which was said to have occurred at the Ogbe-Ogonogo Modern Market, involved a trader identified as Eunice Adigwe, who deals in palm oil and banga seeds, according to previous reports.

Eyewitness accounts published in earlier local reports described that the suspect, alleged to be a man with signs of mental instability, suddenly attacked the trader while she was attending to customers in the early hours of the day.
