Nollywood actress Bisola Badmus is celebrating her son with Kwam1, Abdul Malik, as he turns a new age today.
Sharing a photo of herself and her mini-me, she expressed gratitude to her Maker for entrusting her with him. According to her, her life has taken on a different, more positive meaning because of him.
The Yoruba actress said watching him grow has been one of her greatest joys, while also stating that her son wouldn’t fully understand how much his presence has carried her through difficult days.

Last year, at an event, Kwam1 was captured exchanging pleasantries with his son while performing at the event. Bisola, who was standing nearby and looking on in awe, broke down in tears.
Speaking out, Bisola, expressed gratitude to her Maker.
In 2022, while celebrating her son’s 10th birthday, Bisola threw shade at Kwam1, referring to him as a deadbeat father. She noted how she has been playing the roles of both parents to him.
The reconciliation between her son and his father is definitely a good one for Bisola who has been battling with her health.
In an interview with her colleague, Kunle Afod, Bisola revealed she had been battling a brain tumor for three tears, and it got to a stage where she couldn’t see or recognize anyone. Bisola, however, said she had been using drugs and her condition had improved.
In another interview with Biola Bayo, she opened up on her co-parenting struggles with Kwam1. She said she initially didn’t tell him about her sickness, but he got to know and helped her for a while until he stopped responding to her calls. She cried out that she wanted him to take care of the responsibilities of their son as it wasn’t easy for her.
Following her cry out, many Nigerians had offered assistance to her, with some offering to sponsor her son through school. A volunteer had promised to send Bisola abroad for her brain surgery. To add to it, her son Michael’s school fees had been paid all through his secondary school, and he has also received a scholarship from his University from another person.
