Legendary singer Innocent Idibia, better known as 2baba, has shared an appreciation post.
On his Instagram page, he shared new photos of himself, saying he is short of words and grateful.
“No words, just gratitude”.
His post comes hours after his ex, Annie Macaulay, shared a cryptic message about karma. Annie shared a video of her shopping, stating that God doesn’t play about her.

A few days ago, 2baba had dismissed reports of reconciling with his ex-wife. An unverified video circulated in which she allegedly spoke about their reunion, saying she was misled but that she eventually found her way back to him.
Also, reacting to it, Annie lamented how old videos and false news about her were circulating online.
On her Snapchat page, she made it clear she is single and not going back to him. Annie noted how she doesn’t live in 2baba’s house and is focused on her daughters and career.
Refreshing your memory, in January last year, 2baba, announced his separation from Annie.
Following their separation, he speedily moved on with Edo-state lawmaker Natasha Osawaru.
On July 25th 2025, the music icon had traditionally wedded Natasha, in a low-key ceremony attended by close family members, including the singer’s parents.
In one of the clips from the ceremony, 2baba and Natasha were captured receiving parental blessings. A man identified as Okagbe noted how the singer has been in several marriages and prayed that his marriage to Natasha would be the last.
Last year, November, the couple welcomed their first child. The gënder of the newborn is unknown as the couple played on Nigerians.
In January, they had dedicated their child in church. In photos and clips that made rounds online, 2baba, his wife and mother were captured with the newborn in a Catholic Church where they dedicated the child.
While performing at his concert in December, the legendary singer had tendered an apology to the public. He appealed to Nigerians to forgive him and his family, and not to be angry.
Social media was agog after videos released online shown the moment, 2baba was arrested on handcuffs after an altercation with Natasha in the UK.
Following the video, a former staff member of 2Baba, identified as Kaka, granted an interview to Freeze, alleging that Natasha frequently hindered the singer’s growth and exerted psychological control over him.
Surprisingly, 2baba had joined the Live broadcast to address the situation when he and Natasha got into a heated argument. The singer quickly exited the live stream, fueling more tension between the couple.
