Nollywood actress Kate Henshaw is celebrating her 55th birthday today!!
The never-ageing movie star, via her Instagram page, shared a photo of herself reflecting on her life challenges. She said she has lived, loved, lost, learned, fallen, and risen. However, through it all, she has been carried by Grace.
She expressed gratitude to her Maker for every chapter, lesson, blessing, and the precious loan of life. She added that she is grateful, blessed and completely present.

On her 53rd birthday in 2024, Kate wrote an appreciation note to her script writer for blessing her beyond measure. The actress also bragged that she is living her life authentically and unapologetically.
In other news, she had shared details of her steamy scene with colleague Daniel Effiong. She disclosed that he never got an erection during the filming and praised him for being strict and professional, calling him a good guy.
Opening up about her fallout with Genevieve Nnaji, she reflected that it quickly faded, saying she couldn’t pinpoint what caused it. She made it clear that she remains unsure about things and believes they have grown apart.
Kate had responded after Jim Iyke recounted her good deeds to him. She noted that Iyke remembers, which is rare among people. She noted that when they get elevated in life, many develop amnesia.
