Early Life & Biography
Michael or Mike hails from Nashville, Tennessee, the U.S, where he was born. He is the son of Eleanor and Eugen Iver. He is an alumnus of Duke University, where he graduated with a degree in political science and also a law degree from the University of North Carolina.
After graduating, he secured a job with the government in the department of defence, where he was a think tank on matters regarding the war in Vietnam. In 1968 he was enlisted in the United States Marine Corps to serve in Vietnam but was honourably discharged after a car accident left him with a personal disability.

Peterson’s first wife was Patricia Sue, who used to be an elementary school teacher. The two had two children before Peterson divorced in 1987. He married Kathleen Peterson again in 1997, but after just four years, Kathleen Peterson died mysteriously in 2001, though Peterson became the murder suspect and was jailed for manslaughter.

After graduating from Duke University, the government of the united states hired Peterson as an analyst. He used to research the Vietnam war, and it wasn’t long before he was enlisted in the marines. Michael returned to the united states, where he became a government consultant. He started dating a widow Elizabeth Ratliff, but after two years, she died in what was ruled out as a staircase accident.
He wrote two novels, “The Immortal Dragon,” which became a best seller and ”A Time of War: A Bitter Peace.” These two books gave him a lot of wealth, and he considered running for the Mayor’s office. Things for him dint go as planned after it emerged that he was lying about how he earned his purple heart medal. Peterson’s financial situation also deteriorated, and so it’s his writing career.
Things got worse when Kathleen was found dead on the bottom of the staircase in their home in 2001 just after it emerged she was going to be laid off from her well-paying job. Police dint buys his explanation that it was accidental, and after thorough investigations, it was determined that Peterson killed her and was found guilty of manslaughter. He was sentenced to life imprisonment.
