Osun 2026: AMBO campaign team storms Agunbelewo communities

The Osogbo Federal Constituency Campaign Team of All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for the August 15, 2026 governorship election in Osun State, Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji (AMBO), has taken the campaign to various communities in Agunbelewo area of Osogbo, the state capital.

The team was led by the former Deputy Speaker of Osun State House of Assembly, who is the Chairman of the AMBO Osogbo Federal Constituency Campaign Council, Rt. Hon. Akintunde Adegboye.

Landlords and residents of various communities in Agunbelewo trooped out in large numbers, received the campaign team warmly and pledged to support and vote for Oyebamiji to become the next governor of Osun State.

Speaking on behalf of the communities under Adejumobi Landlords and Tenants Association, the Chairman of Zone 5, Ifelodun Community, Prince Hameed Oyegbade, told the campaign team that the main collective demand of the communities is the construction of a Police Post as part of the measures to tackle insecurity in the area.

The Chairman of Adejumobi Landlords and Tenants Association, Alhaji Hammed Adejumobi, said all necessary formal steps have been taken and that relevant authorities have approved the construction of the police post.
