Police Sergeant Tells Court Pig Farmer Zacharia Olivier—Accused of Killing Two Women and Feeding Their Bodies to Pigs—Was Not Threatened When His Statement Was Taken

A police officer attached to the Botlokwa Police Station has testified in the murder trial of pig farmer Zacharia Olivier at the High Court in Polokwane, Limpopo.

Sergeant Ndivhuwo Nemutsindoni told the court that Olivier was not threatened and showed no visible signs of distress when his statement was taken following his arrest.

Nemutsindoni said he observed no visible injuries on Olivier and believed the accused would have reported any problems if there had been any....... .
