Popular Nigerian pastor, Funke Adejumo of Agape Christian Ministries, has delivered a blunt and thought provoking message to married men: don’t destroy yourself trying to please a woman
Speaking candidly, she noted that no woman can ever be completely satisfied, urging men to be responsible but not at the expense of their well-being.
“God gave us natural nails, we replaced them. He gave us eyebrows, we removed them and drew new ones. He gave us hair, we covered it with wigs. If even God cannot fully please us, who are you trying to please?” she said.
She also challenged women to become financially independent, warning against relying solely on what she described as “s£xu@lly transmitted money.”
According to her, women should build their own wealth and support their homes too.
“Who says you cannot surprise your husband with a Prado? When my husband turned 60, I gave him 60 gifts,” she added.
Adejumo emphasized that modern relationships must evolve beyond total dependence, stressing that women should no longer wait for “daddy to provide everything.”
“If you’re still there, you’re the only one remaining,” she concluded.
