Aston Villa have signed winger Alejandro Garnacho on a season-long loan from Chelsea.
Sky Sports News reports that the deal includes a conditional obligation to buy, which is considered to be easily achievable.
The total package, including the loan fee, is understood to meet Chelsea’s valuation.
Chelsea wanted £42.6m (€50m) for the winger.
Garnacho joined Chelsea last summer from Manchester United for £40m. United retain a 10 per cent sell-on clause which will earn them around £260,000 if Garnacho joins Villa permanently.
The winger had not reported for pre-season at Chelsea to allow him to find a move away.
