Ahead of the 2027 general elections, the Coalition of South East Youth Leaders (COSEYL), the apex sociopolitical youth group in the South East geopolitical zone, have unequivocally affirmed support for former Kano state fovernor, Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso.
In a statement signed by the President General of COSEYL, Comrade Goodluck Ibem, the youth leaders said Kwankwaso remains a distinguished figure in Nigeria’s political landscape, “whose enduring commitment to the welfare of ordinary citizens is both evident and commendable.”
The statement read: “The Coalition of South East Youth Leaders (COSEYL), the apex sociopolitical youth group in the South East geopolitical zone wishes to unequivocally affirm that His Excellency, Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, remains a distinguished figure in Nigeria’s political landscape whose enduring commitment to the welfare of ordinary citizens is both evident and commendable.
“Over the years, Senator Kwankwaso has consistently demonstrated, beyond every reasonable doubt, that his involvement in politics is driven by a genuine desire to uplift the lives of everyday Nigerians. His track record in public service reflects purposeful leadership, people-centered policies, and a deep understanding of the needs and aspirations of the masses.
“COSEYL recognises Senator Kwankwaso as a tested, reliable, and visionary leader whose actions speak louder than rhetoric. His legacy of impactful governance, particularly in areas of education, infrastructure, and human capital development, stands as a testament to his unwavering dedication to national progress and social equity.
