A Muslim cleric, Sheikh Musbaudeen Mohammad, popularly known as Ainu Lah, has reaffirmed the Second Coming of Jesus Christ, urging both Muslims and Christians to prepare spiritually for what he described as an event that could occur within the next two decades.

Speaking during an interview on Sunday, the missioner emphasized that the anticipated return of Jesus is rooted in Islamic teachings found in the Qur’an and Hadith.

According to him, this event is one of the major signs preceding the day of judgment.

“Jesus Christ is coming soon. The timeline we are looking at is less than 20 years,” he said.

“This belief is supported by Islamic scripture and widely acknowledged by scholars as a significant sign of the end times,” he said.

He referenced Qur’anic passages such as Surah An-Nisa (4:157–158), which states that Jesus was not crucified but raised by Allah, and Surah Az-Zukhruf (43:61), interpreted by many scholars as indicating that Jesus will be a sign of the approaching Hour.

The cleric also shared a personal vision in which he claimed to have seen Jesus descending visibly from the sky over a seven-day period near the end of the world.

He described a series of unusual and symbolic occurrences that according to him, would characterize that time.

“Among these were societal reversals and moral decline, including disruptions in traditional roles, breakdown of social order, and strange natural phenomena,” he said.

He mentioned scenarios such as shifting family dynamics, extreme environmental conditions, and unprecedented human behavior as indicators of the approaching end.

Ainu Lah further explained that both Islam and Christianity anticipate the return of Jesus, though their interpretations differ.

In Islam, he noted, Jesus is regarded as a prophet and messenger whose return will restore justice and unity among believers.

He also spoke about the concept of the “Mahdi” in Islamic eschatology, a figure believed to appear before Jesus to signal the final phase of the world.

Concluding his message, the cleric urged people to turn away from wrongdoing and embrace righteous living.

“The Second Coming is not just a prophecy it is a call to live rightly, worship sincerely, and remain vigilant against deception.

“This is a reminder for all to prepare for the Day of Judgment through faith and moral conduct,” he said.
