FG Orders Police To Produce Doris Ogala In Court

The Director of Public Prosecutions of the Federation has directed the Nigeria Police Force to make sure actress Doris Ogala receives court charges and appears before the Federal High Court in Lagos.

NOP NIGERIA reports that the DPP asked the Assistant Inspector General of Police at Zone 2 Headquarters in Onikan, Lagos, to ensure that the actress is brought to court for a case marked FHC/L/220C/2026.

The case involves Chris Okafor, founder of Grace Nation International Foundation, previously known as Mountain of Liberation and Miracle Ministry. The matter is before Justice Akintayo Aluko and was fixed for arraignment on April 14, 2026. Records show that Ogala is currently on administrative bail.

Court documents obtained by QED, revealed that the Federal Government filed four charges against her under the Cybercrimes Act.

The allegations include claims that she shared nude and private images of the pastor without his permission. She is also accused of spreading claims linking him to rape, ritual activities, and a death. In addition, she allegedly circulated messages and videos said to be aimed at disturbing and pressuring him.

The charges further stated that she made threats to keep releasing harmful content unless she was given money or a house.

According to the police, efforts are being made to locate her and serve the charges ahead of the scheduled court appearance.
