The Arise4 Tinubu Support Group has congratulated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu following his emergence as the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) ahead of the 2027 general elections.
In a statement signed by its National Coordinator, Dr. Prince Emmanuel Ogoh, the group described Tinubu’s emergence as a reaffirmation of the confidence Nigerians have in his leadership, democratic credentials and commitment to national development.
Ogoh praised the President for what he described as his “visionary leadership” and the transformation of Lagos State into Africa’s economic hub through reforms, infrastructural development and institutional strengthening during his tenure as governor.
According to the group, Tinubu’s political influence and nation-building philosophy have over the years produced one of the strongest political structures in Nigeria, spanning across the six geopolitical zones, senatorial districts and federal constituencies.
The statement further noted that several political office holders across the country, including vice presidents, governors, senators, ministers and ambassadors, emerged under Tinubu’s mentorship and leadership.
The support group also commended the President’s economic reforms, describing them as bold and necessary steps aimed at repositioning Nigeria towards fiscal stability, economic recovery, infrastructure renewal and increased investor confidence.
While acknowledging the challenges that accompanied some of the policies at inception, the group maintained that the reforms were already yielding positive results and would secure a better future for Nigerians.
Ogoh assured the President of the total support and commitment of the Arise4 Tinubu Support Group towards ensuring his reelection victory, adding that members of the group would continue grassroots mobilization across communities, wards, local governments and states in support of the Renewed Hope agenda.
He added that history would remember Tinubu’s administration as a period of courageous leadership that redirected Nigeria towards sustainable growth and national stability.
