According to information released on the programme, the Arise Women Masterclass seeks to empower women to grow spiritually, communicate confidently, develop profitable skills, and build lives rooted in purpose, excellence, and abundance.
The programme is the latest addition to the numerous interventions championed by Iluyomade through the Arise Women and Arise Foundation platforms, which have over the years focused on supporting vulnerable communities and improving lives through social impact projects.
Over the past 17 years, the organisation has carried out several humanitarian initiatives across different parts of Nigeria, including the construction of hospitals, school buildings, boreholes, and computerised libraries in communities in Abuja, Ondo, Imo, Kebbi, and Lagos states.
The Masterclass itself has already impacted many women through practical training sessions in soap making, diction and effective communication, makeup artistry, hat making, gele tying, and other entrepreneurial skills.
Speaking on the initiative, Iluyomade expressed satisfaction at the impact the programme has had on participants.
“Watching women learn, grow, gain skills, and rise into economic empowerment is truly fulfilling,” she said.
The legal practitioner, who has spent more than three decades in the profession, believes that empowering women ultimately leads to stronger families and communities.
According to her, empowered women are critical to building sustainable and economically viable societies.
