In a viral video circulating online, the FRSC officer was seen clinging to the front of the car as it slowly moved along the road, drawing attention from bystanders and motorists.
The driver, who appeared visibly confused during the incident, was heard repeatedly questioning the officer’s actions while insisting that he had already stopped the vehicle.
“This is a road safety on my car, I don’t know what he’s doing. I have stopped,” the driver said in the video.
The driver also pleaded with the official to get down from the vehicle, suggesting that they could both proceed to the station if necessary.
“Oga come down from car. Maybe I have to go the police station, maybe I have to go to the station, I don’t know,” he added.
