The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) on Friday prevented leaders of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) from gaining access to former Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, who is currently in its custody.
The visit, which drew attention within political circles, involved top members of the African Democratic Congress.
Those present included the party’s National Secretary, Rauf Aregbesola, National Publicity Secretary, Bolaji Abdullahi, and Salihu Lukman, who serves on the party’s Manifesto and Policy Committee....... .
