Nigerian media personality Daddy Freeze has criticised people who are celebrating singer Chike following reports surrounding an alleged affair involving Frank Edoho’s wife Frank Edoho.
In a video shared on his Instagram page, Daddy Freeze said the singer did not handle the situation properly and suggested that there could be future consequences linked to it. He also noted that many men avoid relationships with married women because they believe such actions could eventually be reciprocated in their own marriages.
The former on-air personality further pointed out that despite the controversy, Chike has still gone on to release a new album, adding that public support for such situations gives individuals more influence.
He also expressed strong disapproval of women who were celebrating or supporting the singer amid the controversy, making critical remarks about their behaviour.
“Chike no try at all. Make Una leave Chike. One of the reasons why some men don’t touch women is because they don’t want it done to them. Because, if you knack a person’s wife, they most knack your own. If you knack married women, them must knack your wife, so no dey knack married women. Them say Chike don release album; it’s because people willing to buy, that’s the problem. Like I said earlier, Frank Edoho might be a victim, his wife might be a victim but Chike isn’t a victim. All the women celebrating Chike, you are all useless. God will punish all of you celebrating their cockerel and chicken”.
